This magnificent residential project in Montcalm was designed to respect the historicity of the site and its cachet, while combining a personalized and contemporary design that meets the needs of its users. The space created is reminiscent of an oasis in the city; in fact, the client wanted to be able to enjoy a quiet and rejuvenating living space in the urban environment. The design objective was to create a comfortable and functional retreat that would highlight the architecture of the period in its choice of furniture conservation, neutral colors and warm textures. In short, the city condo project is intended to be timeless and welcoming, like a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
