The creative line for the design of the Gao restaurant is a direct inspiration of the five senses. The smell of the food, the color of the dishes and the sounds in the kitchen are in the foreground.
A bright, minimalist and family atmosphere reflecting the soul of the place established for over four decades.
In the heart of the St. Jean Baptiste district, the Vietnamese counter stands out through the use of simple lines, pure materials, custom lighting structures and tone-on-tone cabinetry. Sober shapes and layering, fluid lines, suspended modules and touches of biophilia create a harmonious whole.
Through the interior design and their strategic thinking, Perron wanted to showcase the quality of the food, the authenticity and the know-how of the Gao team for an enhanced customer experience.
